We modify the postures to suit your own personal comfort and experience.

FOR: Body Tone , Strength, Flexibility, Improved Metabolism, Weight Loss, More Energy, Mind Clarity, Deep relaxation and Inner Peace.

FEE: Fee of $150 covers 10 classes taken within a specific 10 session series.  Bookings essential. Begin anytime as long as you state your starting date. Post application one week prior to commencement.

BRING: A yoga or camping mat; Wear easy to move in clothing with extra warm clothing or a blanket in winter.

NOTE: Avoid eating large meals for 2 hours prior to class.
